Deep Roots Farm is located on 110 acres in the beautiful foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Copake, NY. The farm practices 100% organic methods of farming and strives to be as sustainable as possible. They give nutrients back to the soil as they take from it, continuously cover cropping, using innovative organic pest management methods and reducing food waste by preserving produce and turning it into value-added goods.
